Jung II-woo volunteered to bring briquettes to the elderly living alone in Seongdong-ku (Seongdong-gu) Seoul, and to neighbors with poor living conditions during the winter.
Over 100 staff members and 250 students, including President Kim Jung Liang, delivered over 12,000 briquettes to 56 poor neighboring 56 households living in Seongdong-gu (Thong District) through this service activity.
Jung II-woo was one of the celebrities invited along with Kwon Hae-hyo and Hong Seok-cheon as graduate representatives.

This is the last group of Spasso photos. Though I believe they were taken in 2007, I have found reference to them in various sources at this time of the year in 2008. Many also made it to Spasso’s Spring Catalog for 2008. So…I decided to place them in 2008. I also wanted to spread the Spasso joy into this year as Jung II-woo had a lot less going on in the endorsement department in 2008.
I found a lot of Mnet and Star Today photos of Behind the Scenes… I wonder if they were from TV programs? I decided to include them as sometimes they show that playful side of Jung II-woo.
He looks absolutely dashing in these! They are a delight for sure! So enjoy! Photo Cr. Spasso, and on photos!
Thank you so much for coming along on this journey of Jung II-woo’s professional life! I hope you were delighted with 2007! He worked so hard!
2008 was another great year in Jung II-woo’s life. He focused on getting better as an actor and training for future roles…can you guess what role? The photo has the clue! I will use plum blossoms as the markers for the years.
I will cross-fade them with two photos, one from the year that passed: 2007
…and one for the year that begins: 2008
Enjoy! And may you continue to delight in Jung II-woo!

Venezuela…god bless you! Jung II-woo…gracias por salvar mi cabeza!
This was the last episode of High Kick. It aired on July 13th of 2007. It was so sweet and very emotional. We get to say goodbye to all the characters. A lot of crying from the young ones!
Below photos and some videos. I included a couple of MVs about Yoon-ho and Suh Min-jung. The most touching video though is the last one. It is of their last day of filming. Jung II-woo…is so emotional…he cries and cries… Photo & Video Cr. MBC

They are too cute…what a great match!
These I wonder about…were they false advertisement? I tried finding a special High Kick Ending Episode…but it doesn’t exist right? I think the first photo was part of the episode where he’s dreaming about the future…but the other two? Yes wishful thinking!!!
WITAT
So much I thought and think about this last episode. For me the end (or beginning!) of Yoon-ho and Suh Min-jung was so magical! So romantic! I love the play with fate. I believe that when two people are meant to be together they will be no matter what…chance, fate…life! will make it happen.
When he says goodbye to his mother I was impressed by the fact they they do not hug…or kiss…I would find that very hard to do! In Latin culture kissing and hugging are so important…we kiss and hug with any excuse! And in a situation where a son is leaving the nest…there would be a lot of hugs and kisses. I actually like this about my culture…I always feel that if I was to loose that person, I would always have the memory of that last hug or kiss with me as a goodbye.
Watching Kim Bum say goodbye to “his” grandmother and “family” was so sad…
The saddest and sweetest is the last video where Jung II-woo is saying goodbye to the cast. This made me fall more in live with the man that he is in reality. A man that is so passionate and loving. It’s so symbolic that it is his mom and his dad in the series that hug him and try to calm him down. I was crying at the end too the first time I saw it…I could feel his anguish…for that, his first experience as an actor was over. It made me think of all the experiences where I had to say goodbye to a part of my life that I loved…not easy, one feels happy and so grateful for the experience but so sad for leaving that part of one’s life where one learned and was happy… knowing it will never come again. You were very lucky Jung II-woo! and you will always have the memories!
Oh…! Venezuela…how my heart aches… 4-19-17… hang in there! Resist!
There is a saying that says that if you don’t love yourself then you can’t love anyone else… Jung II-woo loves taking selfies! Here are some “selcas” from this time. Cr. Jung II-woo!
Jung II-woo won an MBC Entertainment Award for Best Male Newcomer in a Comedy/Sitcom. He tied with his co-star Park Min-young who was as the Best Female Newcomer. Jung II-woo’s smile is contagious…so I’m sure that after you watch him, you’ll be smiling too! Enjoy! Photo Cr. MBC and DCIlwoo.
WITAT
How sweet it must be to be awarded after one’s hard work like that! You get to dress really well, eat good food and celebrate your hard work with your co-workers. It may be dangerous from an ego point of view at 21, but not for Jung II-woo. He remained humble to the point of going back to the university because he did not think he was a good enough actor to tackle the offers he was receiving after High Kick. You never stop surprising me!
Still, there is a part of me that is always disgusted by these type of shows…award shows for celebrities. The dresses and shoes they wear are yes, beautiful but so expensive they could feed what…thousands of people in this world that don’t have enough to eat or drink? I really can’t watch them anymore! I also think of all the hard working people in this world and how they will never get an award. Sometimes they even feel ashamed about what they do. And… they barely get a check that covers their rent and basics. So… the trash collectors nominated this year in the green category are… yet what they do is inmediately more powerful in our lives than what an actor does… one can live without a TV show..but can one live a street full of trash?
Then there is the process how these awards get voted by…and who decides who gets awarded what… but that would be too long to get into…!
I am happy Jung II-woo got recognition for his work. Yoo-ho is one of my favorite characters ever played by him. And the show in general is pretty good…great cast…you almost feel like they are part of your family or you have family members that have some of the traits some of the characters had. Though I looked for a video, I was not able to find one. That part with Park Hae-mi singing…(his mom from high kick) I would have loved to have seen that!
UJIWP means Unidentified Jung II-woo photos! This final group are from diverse photo shoots. Maybe they were used in shorter magazine and newspaper articles that sadly have been lost in the passing of time. He is so sweet in these! Photo Cr. On photos.

I’m so bummed 2007 it’s over! Bye Bye baby face with your round features! You were so…so…cute!!!
Jung II-woo participated in this TV show. Sadly I couldn’t find any information about what they asked him…But there are many photos below! It is so great to see his expressions! Cr. SBS and DCIlwoo
