Jung II-woo participated in various charity events around this time. Of all this one stood out as Jung II-woo sold in person many of his personal items to donate the sales to “Yangdeok 2-dong Children Center.” These were the promotional posters:
Basically the last one says:
Date: 2012.8.19 (Sunday) PM 2: 00 – 5: 00
Location: ‘Zingong Andro-meda’ Cafe ( I tried searching for it, but I don’t think it exists in that location anymore. Address: Korea, Seoul Metropolitan Gangnam (Gangnam) District Won Dong-dong 115 – 18 (I searched in Korean for 115-8 서울특별시 강남구 논현동) The red is actually not right… it should be: Nonh Yeon Dong (논현동).

HERE is the account from one of the writers of Ilwoostory Japan. There were items auctioned and items ticketed for lotteries, that were given away at different times. Supposedly it was a no photo event… but I found lots and lots of photos! Cr. On photos.
This coming ones come from Ilwoo’s site… he looks so radiant!
These were some of the items he sold. A Cha Chi-soo jacket! A Scheduler outfit! The olympics shirt he wore when he carried the torch for the Beijing Olympics… He autographed the items for the winners. I wonder how much the Cha Chi-soo jacket went for…!
I think the fan that created Jungilwoo Thailand won the golden Nike jacket. That’s such a nice piece! But wait there is more…
Here he’s selling his paintings!
And…there was a very special guest in this event: A-woo!!!
Update… 4-27-2018 Just found this video:
Parallel to this he also auctioned in Facebook one the yellow shirt (and shoes?) he wore in the Domino’s Advertisements.
Wondering what school benefited of Jung II-woo’s love? This comes directly from Ilwoo’s Website:
양덕 2동 지역아동센터에 다녀왔어요^^
(I have been to the Yangdeok 2-dong Children’s Center ^^)
WITAT
These are the things that Jung II-woo does that absolutely make him stand out for me. A unique event like this, down to earth, full of kindness and love, selling personal items he no longer needs, for a great cause. Giving his fans a chance to spend time with him and his dog. A win-win all around. This is the kind of event I would love to see him at… just putting it out there in the universe…
Thank you to all the fans that documented this beautiful event! You know how lucky you were to be there right?
