I am so glad to see Ilwoo continue in this show! Every single one has been so entertaining and just beautiful to see. Today’s was in Jeju Island and it has a new ingredient story line: chicken! So they even released a new poster with the new members: Lee Kyung-gyu, Lee Young-ja, Jung Il-woo and newer members Lee Jung-hyun and Yuri Lee.

During the show Jung Il woo talked about his work including how much his monthly salary is and about his ideal type of woman. And a surprise…!!! Are you ready ladies? Here is the translation of an article by MK.CO. Cr. My Korean Tutor
Ilwoo revealed his monthly salary, ideal type.
On a radio show “Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show”, Jung Ilwoo joined as a guest and had conversation.
On the day, the DJ Park Myung-soo asked “What does love mean for you?” and Ilwoo answered “pain and memory” and to the following question of “Do you have a girlfriend now?” he answered ”No.” He said: “I want to meet by destiny.”
Ilwoo said about his ideal type, “I want her to be someone I can learn from. I want her to have something I can be respectful of. I don’t care how old she is. I don’t care if she’s 10 years older, and he said “I don’t think it will be someone who works in the same field as me. Actors and actresses are people who are cared by others, so I think I want to take care of her with everything.”
Also he explained about his salary. “When I act, I earn as much as I can buy Korean beef for 150 staff members. Now, I’m not really doing any acting work, I’m just doing a variety show and playing. Now I’m earning as much that I can eat 3 good meals.
When Park asked “Any news about next acting role?” Il woo answered “I will start a new drama. I think you will be able to see it first half of this year.”
Currently, Jung Il woo is on Convenience Store Restaurant (편스토랑), the KBS2 variety show. In addition, he is meeting audiences by playing a role in a play “Elephant song” at Yes24stage 3rd hall in Jongno, Seoul.

Did you read the part of the new drama?! That’s the surprise! I am so happy for him! for us! I wonder if it is that drama he was in conversations about. I pray that it is the right role for him and good writing and acting and plot and…!
I loved what he said about love… destiny… so romantic! And also about age… he’s right, it does not really matter when one truly loves. (Of course we are talking 18+!) I thought it was kind of funny that he wants to take care of his woman so completely that it can’t be an actress. (Because as he stated actresses are taken care of by other people.)
My Korean tutor explained what he meant about feeding Korean Beef to 150 staff members… he says that ranges anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 a month! WOOw! Korean beef is very expensive!

Such happy news! This morning I got up to the news that our dear Oppa is considering participating in a new drama. It is called “Late Night Snack Man and Woman.” This drama is related to cooking!
The main female role is being considered by Kang Ji Young. She is 25 and is also a singer. She was part of the music group KARA from 2008-2014. Goo Hara, one of the young women that committed suicide last year was part of this band. You can read more about Kang Ji Young HERE.
