This episode aired on April 1st. Spoiler Alert!
This episode starts with the peak moment when the Noron Chairman of Congress, Lord Min Jin interrupts the special judiciary committee. He says that Crown Prince Lee Geum is innocent and even the people they tortured did not confess anything against him. Then Crown Prince Lee Geum and all his supporters are keen on finding all the evidence to prove that Prince Mil Pung-kun had planned everything.
A part not related to Lee Geum that I thought was great in this episode is that Mun-su was also able to find the evidence to prove that Inspector Wi Byung-ju had murdered Inspector Han Jeong Seok, as he aside from the guard in charge was the only person that was present at the time. Inspector Wi Byung- ju is arrested and made to walk the same route the Crown Prince had walked. He sees the Crown Prince on his horse looking down on him as suddenly the town people throw all kinds of things at him.
Then our dear Crown Prince waits an hour to see his brother the King. When the king finally invites him in he says that his hands are shaking and so must be his eyes… this is the closest to an apology Lee Geum got. Then the King orders him to “stop this tiresome circle of political revenge” and gives him his royal guards for support.
Lee Geum leaves the palace to arrest Do Ji-gwang and finds Mun Su and the guards doing the job. He supports Mun Su when he is about to get killed by shooting arrows to the Do Ji-gwang’s knife skilled partner and him. Dal Moon is also successful in getting the person who sold the poison to Mil Pung-kun. It seems we are going to have a happy ending but then it turns out Mil Pung-kun is roaming the palace and kills a guard. The episode ends with him glaring at the Crown Prince.
How handsome he looks in this outfit! So regal, so gorgeous! Love the red-purple-gold combination! Sorry! Back to the story…
This part is so funny:
