Today would have been the Boston Marathon… and I would have been delighted to have a week of school for Spring Break. But today is different… I’m thankful to be healthy and safe and still working!
Today I decided to do a car special. But I found so many car related photos that in the end today’s post will be only about Golden Rainbow… that opening scene in Episode 12 of Jung Il woo and the red car! What a way to make an entrance in a drama…
You know it’s funny because when I visited South Korea most cars were white, gray or black. I was so astounded in a parking lot because there wasn’t a single car that was not these colors. When I asked why, they told me it was because it was harder to sell cars with color… reading a bit I found out the white is the most popular color.
“32 percent of total passenger cars sold in Korea last year was white. In particular, solid white accounted for 19 percent and pear white 13 percent.
Gray (21 percent) came second, followed by black (16 percent) and silver (11 percent). Vibrant colors remained less popular among Koreans for cars with shares below 10 percent – blue 9 percent, red 6 percent, brown/beige 3 percent, yellow/gold 1 percent, and green less than 1 percent…” Source: Pulse News
