Hello!  I’m back from my Conference… it was about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from the AISNE Association (Association of Independent Schools of New England).  It was a lot of mental work… identity, biases…

Talking about biases, here is my bias in the man department:

Geez… don’t look at me like that!  Either I will drop because of heart attack, or I’ll rip your clothes off…!  Ha!  I hope it’s the second one!!!  Well to see more (I hope you don’t drop either)… GO HERE.

I’m glad I can do this to relax!  He does that for me all the time…  I feel every bit of me just easing off… letting go as I work on things related to him… it feels like going home mentally… and today he was with me… in the most unlikely of places… look:
