4 days! And Jung Il-woo will be 33 years old! (Or 32 Western!) It’s going by so fast! I’ve had a lot of fun posting this count down sharing his precious birthday memories! Thank you for joining me in this celebration! I think he must be so happy… he’s back doing what he loves, he participated in a great comeback drama where he showed more depth as an actor and started his very own magazine! And he is so healthy he is walking as much as he likes in different countries! WOO Hoo! Ilwoo!
So… in 2015, Ilwoo celebrated his birthday on September 4 with 36 fans in Korea by baking and then on September 13 he flew to Japan to celebrate it again by doing a barbecue for 500 fans there! Hello Superman… good luck catching up to this guy! So today I am treating you to these two posts… get ready to delight and delight:

Jung Il-woo loves to celebrate his birthday with fans. This year was no different except…he had the brilliant idea of baking for his birthday! Yes! Can you imagine, being one of the 36 fans from different parts of the world that actually got to make cakes with Jung Il-woo.

Cooking sexy man celebrate his birthday extraordinarily! Jung il woo prepared a baking class to celebrate his birthday and share special memories with the fans on September 9. Fans were in panic after hearing the news that it is small baking class only available for 36 people.
You have to bear the weight of Jung il woo’s crown if you wish to take it! The day carried out with the fans who got into the class by clicking so fast.

The MC for today and Jung il woo’s cooking mentor! Chef Jeong Ji Won appeared as a supporter. She will show perfect harmony with Jung il woo today.
The baking has began! The cake to make today is ‘Blueberry fresh cream cake’ made by vanilla cake mix! He prepared it for fans who are not familiar with baking to make it in a short time.

A doubt came into our mind. Is he really good at making icing? Is decorating cake that easy normally?
So, we decided to turn back a day before to find out is Jung il woo the king of baking in real.
And we found another amazing fact.
Jung Il woo appeared at CJ CheilJedang Beksul Cooking Studio on September 3 which was a day before the event. He disclosed that it is his first time to bake a cake* shyly different to confident look to Chef Jeong Ji Won.
* What?!!!!
Is it because the event held with CJ CheilJedang Beksul Cooking Studio? He looked like a professional chef when he prepares for cooking.
A desire to look like a cooking sexy man in front of the fans! He practiced making cake and brownie earlier.
He is concentrating on chef’s explanation again and again.

The gift package passed to the fans who participated in baking class.
The certificate set a seal with lips, Jung il woo handkerchief and heart brownie.
The remaining brownie turned into brownie ball and became a precious gift with 200% heart.
He headed off to the children’s Hospital in Seoul, Korea with cake made through baking class after the event.
“Hello”, “Welcome” he greeted with director of the hospital and delivered the cakes and donated 10 million won through Community Chest of Korea to support children patient with low income in Seoul Children’s Hospital.
He finished his September 4th, with happy smile by spending happy time with children after giving them surprise gifts of toys.
It was fun baking class with cooking sexy man Jung il woo who knows the joy of sharing.
We need a special name for Jung il woo combining of “Heartwarming city man (Dda Do Nam)” and “Cooking sexy man (Yo Saek Nam)”!

Jung Il-woo travelled to Japan for another Fan Meet. This time for a Barbecue with 500 fans! It was held in a camping ground. He prepared his grandmother’s recipe of the traditional seaweed soup Koreans eat for their birthdays. He also prepared traditional sweets “약밥” (yak bap) He also mingled with the fans and took photos.
Wondering what Yaksik or yakbap is? I did, so here is what I found out: It is a sweet Korean dish made by steaming glutinous rice, and mixing with chestnuts, jujubes, and pine nuts. It is seasoned with honey or brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sometimes cinnamon.
