This Korean Film Awards Ceremony was hosted by the broadcasting network MBC at the Sejong Cultural Center Grand Theater. Winners were determined by votes via internet from 1000 judges, 500 were special committee members and 500 general viewers. This award ceremony ceased to exist due to financial difficulties.
