Last month or so fans posted questions that they wanted to ask Jung Il-woo. He picked 50 and answered them…

Here they are:

Q1. 노래방 애창곡은? (뱃살공주님, 일우야이루와님)

Q1. What song do you sing @ Karaoke?

-요즘에는 휘성의 ‘미인’이라는 노래를 즐겨불러요.

Now days, I am singing Wheesung’s “Beauty” song.

Q2. 하이킥 윤호 성격이 진짜 일우 오빠 성격? (완소남정일우님, 완소일우님, 꽃돼지유진님 외)

Q2. Is High Kick’s YunHo’s personality the real IlWoo Oppa personality?

-초반에는 아니었는데 지금은 많이 비슷해진 것 같아요.

At first, I thought not really but now I think it is similar.

Q3. 지금 교제하는 여자친구 있으신가요? (쭌이누나님, 은혁아님 외 다수)

Q3. Are you in company with a girlfriend now?

-없습니다.(웃음)

No. (Laughs).

Q4. 서민정 선생님 같은 스타일을 좋아해요 아님 유미 같은 스타일을 좋아해요? (새끈쌈박미소걸님)

Q4. Which styles do you like, Teacher SuhMinJung or a style like YooMi?

-어려운 질문이네요. (웃음) 두분다 매력이 있으시죠. 특별히 좋아하는 분 보다는 두분의 매력 모두를 좋아합니다.

A hard question. (Laughs). Both are attractive. Instead of choosing between them, both are attractive.

Q5. 탤런트가 되고 나서 제일 힘든 것? (라지활궁)

Q5. After being a talent, the hardest aspect?

-일단 공인이잖아요. 행동하나하나에 조심해야 하는 게 힘든 것 같아요. 또 빡빡한 촬영일정으로 몸이 좀 피곤하고요.

First of all, watching what I do is hard and because of late hard nights of working, my body being tired.

Q6. 여자친구가 만약 오토바이를 타고 다닌다면? (일우야이루와)

Q6. What if your girlfriend rode a motorcycle?

-대..략..남…감. 오토바이를 뺏어 제가 타고 다니지는 않을 겁니다.

Surprised?….. But I won’t steal her motorcycle and take it for myself.

Q7. 일우 오빠의 그 하얀 피부 비결은? (미남하면현중)

Q7. IlWoo Oppa, How did you get such white skin?

-음… 아버지 피부가 좋으세요. 아버지 피부를 닮아서 좋은 것 같아요. 특별히 관리하고 그렇지는 않습니다.

Em…My father’s skin is very nice. I think it’s good that I have my father’s skin. I don’t do too much too it.

Q8. 꼭 한번 함께 연기해보고 싶은 여자 연예인은? (날아라슈퍼마켓님)

Q8. A Korean star that you must act with?

-전지현씨와 함께 연기해보고 싶어요.(웃음)

I would like to act with JunJiHyun. (Laughs).

Q9. What do you think your attractive point is?

-웃음. 미소?

-고 1때 했습니다.

Q11. 부모님께 반항한적 있으셨나요? (정일우내남편님)

Q11. Did you parents ever disagree with you?

-그럼요. 부모님께 다들 반항 해본 적 있으시지 않은가요.

Of course. Don’t all out parents disagree with us at some point?

Q12. 한번 도전해 보고 싶은 오락프로그램은? (내사랑정일우ㅋ님)

Q12. Any variety show that you would like to be on?

-최근에 잠깐 출연하기도 했지만 MBC ‘무한도전’에 도전해 보고 싶어요.

I was on for a little bit, but MBC’s Infinite Challenge is a show I would like to be on.

Q13. 학창시절 성적은? (공간님)

Q13. How were/are your school grades?

-중간정도 했어요.

I was in between.

Q14. 친한 연예인! (맷돌리고-님)

Q14. Any close stars?!

-같은 소속사 식구인 유아인씨, 이다해씨와 친해요. 그리고 같은 소속사는 아니지만 윤상현씨와도 친합니다.

In the same company family, YooAhIn [Find him in the Ulzzang Mania Thread] and LeeDaHae [Actress, recently a pic of the two was posted in the Korean Celeb section]. Even though we are not in the same company, I am close with YoonSangHyun.

Q15. Any complexes?!

-작은 눈

Q16. 못 먹는, 싫어하는 음식은 (일아야이루와님)

Q16. Any foods that you can not eat or do not like?

-곱창, 개고기

Q17. Out these which do you prefer, someone who is older then you, younger then you or the same age?

-다 매력이 있어요. 그런데 이런 것들을 떠나 나를 휘어 잡을 수 있는 여인이 좋아요.(웃음)

All are attractive, but I like a female who can grab me when I am about to leave. (Laughs).

Q18. 자기가 봐도 멋있어 보일때는 언제죠? (일우빵빵님)

When you look at things, when do you feel that you did good?

-NG안내고 한번에 OK했을 때.

When I do not make any NG’s and get an OK on the first try.

Q19. 김범오빠가 좋아요. 김혜성 오빠가 좋아요? (악착같은너님)

Q19. Do you like KimBum Oppa? How about KimHyeSung Oppa?

-아빠가 좋아요 엄마가 좋아요 같은 질문인데요. 둘 다 좋아요.

It is the like the question, who do you like better, your dad or mom? I like them both.

Q20. 인터넷 많이 하시나요? (티YU나님)

Q20. Do you use the internet a lot?

-예전에는 많이 했는데, 요즘에는 촬영때문에 자주 하지 못해요.

I used to go on a lot, but now since schedules I do not go on as often.

-정. 정일우입니다. 일. 일우입니다. 우. 우끼죠?

Q22. 인터넷에서 자신에 관한 글을 보았을 때 느낌은? (햇살가득우유님)

What are your reactions in seeing things online about yourself from others?

-좋은 글 보면 기분 좋고, 안좋은 글 보면 기분이 좋지 않겠죠?(웃음)

If it is good, then I feel good but if it is bad, I do not think that the feeling will be good (Laughs).

Q23. 사람을 볼때 가장 먼저 보는 곳은? (혜라사랑붕붕님)

Q23. When you look at someone, where is the first place you look?

-저는 얼굴을 가장 먼저 봐요. 그냥 전체적으로 보죠. 그 다음에는 성격을 본답니다.

I look at their face first. In general, I looks at everything. Next, I see their personality.

Q24. 자장면이 좋아, 짬뽕이 좋아? (사랑의 체리파이님)

Q24. Do you like Noodles with black bean sauce or Seafood Noodle Soup?

-짬짜면이 좋아요.(웃음)

I like Sea-Black Bean (Laughs). [Meaning he likes both]

Q25. What do you think is your best “cute” act?

-글쎄요. 잘 모르겠습니다. 뭐죠?(웃음)

I am not sure, I do not know exactly. (Laughs).

Q26. 텔레비존을 원래 알고 있었나요? (치과의사봉달자님)

Q26. Did you know about the television show? [Kind of bad translation]

-네 물론이죠. 알고 있었습니다.

Yes, of course. I did know.

Q27. 손이 항상 빨갛게 얼이있는 이유는? (lubopi님)[i/]

Q27. The reason for you hands getting red?

-정말 관심있게 보셨네요. 사실 손에 혈액순환이 잘 안돼요.

You really paid close attention. The truth is that my mixed blood does not circulate well? [Kind of a bad translation]

Q28. 당신은 NG를 10회 이상 냈습니다. 어떻게 하시겠습니까? (꿈나무님)

Q28. In Ep. 10, you made some NG’s. How do you deal with that?

-죄송합니다. 다시하겠습니다. 이렇게 말하고 다시 해야죠.

I say, I am sorry. I will do that again. I say this and then start over.

Q29. 배우가 아니었다면 지금쯤 어떤 생활을? (거침없이X침님)

If you were not an actor, then what other profession would you have?

-디자인을 공부하고 있었을 것 같아요. 특히 의상디자인 쪽으로.

I think I would be studying the designing field. Specializing in the clothes area.

Q30. 여자친구와 하고 싶은 것 BEST3는? 궁금해요. (댕님)

Q30. What would you like to do with your girlfriend? The top 3 things? I am curious.

-1. 길거리에서 손잡고 다니기. 2. 외국여행가기. 3. 여자친구와 부모님과 함께 밥먹기.

Q31. IlWoo Oppa’s tricks on growing tall?

-특별한 것은 잘 모르겠지만 어렸을 때부터 우유를 좋아했어요.

There are not any special tricks, but I did like drinking milk early on.

Q32. 실제로 연상이나 선생님을 좋아한 적은? (완소한YG패밀리님)

Q32. In reality is there a time when you liked an older female or a teacher?

-연상을 좋아한 적은 있지만 선생님을 좋아했던 적은 한번도 없어요.

I have liked someone older but I have not once liked a teacher so far.

Q33. 일우오빠 살면서 좌우명? (나나수아님)

Q33. IlWoo Oppa, what is your life motto (Influence)?

-처음과 끝이 동일한 사람이 되자. 초심을 잃지 않고 싶어요.

Without discrimination live from the beginning to the end and nto to forget my original intensions.

Q34. 스트레스 푸는법? (개면주님)[i/]

Q.34 How do you free your stress?

-노래를 들어요. 특별한 장르에 구애받지 않고 다양하게 듣습니다.

I listen to music. I do not listen to a specific genre or particular order but just freely.

Q35. 거침없이 하이킥 촬영장에서 있었던 에피소드 중 기억에 남는 것은? (어ㅋㅋㅋ님)

While filming Unstoppable High Kick, any episodes that you remember?

-너무 많아서 무엇을 소개해야할지 모르겠네요. 항상 재미있고 즐겁게 촬영하고 있습니다.

There are too many to tell, so I do not know. It is always fun and cheery to be working.

Q36. 야동 처음 접해본 나이는? (박수정님)

Q36. At age did you see [get in contact] with inappropriate aspects?

-비밀이에요.(웃음)

That is a secret (Laughs).

Q37. 라이벌이라 생각하는 남자 연예인은? (유진이님)

Q37. Who do you think is your male rival?

-유아인이요. 친하면서도 라이벌이라고 생각하고 있습니다.

YooAhIn. Since we are close, we have cases where we think of one another as rivals.

Q38. 자신의 주량은? (로그아웃천재님)

Q38. What is your drinking level?

-술은 못합니다. 한잔도 못했는데 요즘은 소주 3잔정도는 마실 수 있을 거 같아요.

I can not drink alcohol at al. I can not drink at all but these days I think I can do three shots of Soju.

Q39. 무인도에 떨어진다면 꼭 가지고 갈 베스트3 (국보급일우님)

Q39. If you were in a deserted island, what best 3 things would you take?

-사람도 될까요? 친구들, 부모님, 비행기

Are people allowed? Friends, Parents and a plane

Q40. 가장 최근에 본 영화는 혹은 감명깊은 영화는? (벌받는 개님)

Q40. The best movie seen with a deep meaning? movie?

-이병헌 주연의 ‘달콤한 인생’을 감명깊에 봤어요.

LeeByungHun’s movie, Sweet Life left a deep impression on me.

Q41. 나 정일우는 000를 위해서 뭐든지 한다. (얼짱님)

Q41. I, Jung IlWoo do ____ in order to do anything.

-나 정일우는 연기를 위해서는 뭐든지 한다.

I, JungIlWoo act in order to do anything.

Q42. 주로하는 게임은? (유후님)[i/]

Q42. A main game that you played?

-요즘은 게임을 못하는데 예전에는 ‘스페셜 포스’를 즐겨했어요.

These days I can not play games but before I played “Special Force” very happily.

Q43. 앞으로 도전해보고 싶은 연기(역할)은? (동영배님)

Q43. From now on, a act that you want to do?

-어떤 연기를 해보고 싶다기 보다는 여러 연기를 두루해보고 싶어요.

Instead of doing an act, I would like to do many different kinds of acting. [i believe like character wise]

Q44. 이상형이 나를 휘어잡을 수 있는 여자라는데 (연호렐라님)

Q44. I heard that your ideal girl is someone that can “grab you”?

-네 맞습니다.

Yes, that is correct.

Q45. 어떻게 데뷔하셨어요? (가창력동욱님)

Q45. How did you debut?

-고등학생 시절 연극을 한 적이 있는데 그 때부터 연기를 하고 싶었어요. 오디션보고, 사무실을 알아보면서 자연스럽게 데뷔하게 됐죠. 영화 ‘조용한 세상’으로 데뷔했습니다.

When I was in high school, I did a play and from then wanted to act. I started to audition and get to know about companies, and then slowly made my debut. I debuted in the movie, “Quiet World”.

Q46. 인생에서 제일 중요하게 생각하는 것은? (S2어린크리스탈S2님)[i/]

Q46. In your life what is the most important?

-마음가짐이 가장 중요한 것 같아요.

I think having feeling/heart is very important.

Q47. 친누나와 그렇게 허물없이 친구처럼 지내는 비법이라고 있는지요? (워니마누라님)

Q47. With your older sister, have you been friends with her and not fought?

-많이 싸우면 싸울 수록 허물 없이 지낼 수 있답니다. (웃음)

I heard that the more you fight the “fighting” stops (Laughs).

Q48. 평소 부모님께 자주 듣는 말은? (김사라님)

Q48. What is the most common phrase heard from your parents?

-언제 들어오냐.

When/what time I will be coming home.

Q49. 하이킥에서 학교 창문 넘을 때 다칠 것 같았는데 연습을 따로 한건가요?(으컁컁정일우님)[i/]

Q49. In High Kick, you jump out of the school window; did you have to practice so you would not get hurt?

-연습 없이 그냥했습니다. 계속 찍다보니 늘더라고요.

I did not practice and just did it. Because we shoot scenes daily, it got easier.

Q50. 자신의 신체 중 자신 있는 곳은? (윤호애인님)[i/]

Q50. What body part are you confident with?

-흰 피부.(웃음)
