I know! That’s a pretty late release of almost a year after, but it was at least released!
The Rise of a Tomboy is a romantic comedy film, where the female lead He Siu Wu (Zanilia Zhao) a tomboy, tries to use mathematical formulas to find out how love works, but only to realize in the end that true love is about being able to feel the heartbeat of the other person. Jung Il-woo plays Ge Yang, a refined gentleman with a good educational background who falls in love with her. He is the rich CEO of an IT enterprise. He is cold-hearted at work, but wanting to passionately fall in love.
It was the first movie Jung Il-woo had participated in since his “My Love” film from 2007. It was also his first one filming abroad. Yes, his voice was dubbed.
